A favorite among the Latino celebrity circuit, keep an eye out for Alejandro Saenz, Eva Longoria, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Guzman, Lucero and Joan Sebastian that all regularly dine there. Rick Moonen’s rm seafood serves the very best seafood by celebrated chef Rick Moonen. With fresh fish flown in all from all over the globe daily, this two level restaurant is a sophisticated dining experience. The upstairs is more elegant with dining room with luxury yacht inspired décor and the downstairs is more casual, with an elegant bistro feel.
Casual dining options abound as well. Border Grill is a vibrant Mexican restaurant with a casual yet elegant wooden décor with a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay Beach. Serving modern interpretations on classic Mexican dishes, fulfilling dishes are the norm.

Santana: Greatest Hits Live is performed regularly for the next two years at a specially reconfigured House of Blues with intimate seating and tables available allowing for an intimate concert complete with bottle of champagne and strawberries. Make sure to book early as this spectacular show with the greatest guitarist in rock history is regularly sold out. We sat backstage where Carlos shared with us his excitement for the show and some life lessons. Then Carlos donned his stage persona and showed the audience why he is a legend. The music is a performance of his hits from yesterday, today and tomorrow from Black Magic Woman and Jingo up to Corazon Espinado and Smooth from our nine Grammy award winning album Supernatural.

Those who are truly adventurous (and dive certified) can dive amongst the sharks.
